Prof. BABATUNDE, Fikayo Ezekiel is Professor of Agronomy/Horticulture, Department of Agronomy, College of Agriculture. Provost/Dean of College/Faculty of Agriculture at the Ejigbo Campus of Osun State University. He obtained Bachelor of Agricultural Technology (Crop Production) degree (B. Agric. Tech) from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi in 1992; Master of Science degree (M.Sc.) in Agronomy with specialization in Horticulture from University of Ibadan, Ibadan in 1997 and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree in Agronomy from the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi in 2002. As an exemplary teacher, he holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (P.G.D.E) from A.T.B. University, Bauchi in 2004. An erudite scholar and active researcher, Professor F.E. Babatunde has acquired several years of experience in teaching, research, community service and entrepreneurship development at the university level particularly at the School/College of Agriculture of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi and Osun State University, Ejigbo Campus. He was briefly the Acting Director of Quality Assurance unit of Osun State University in 2011. Head of Department of Agronomy; Acting Provost/Dean of College/Faculty of Agriculture at the Ejigbo Campus of Osun State University. He is a contact person on the Global Research Management Network of the association of Commonwealth University in 2011. His wealth of experiences, breadth of vision and commitment to the realization of the mission and vision of Osun State University resulted in his election as one of the Senate representative on the Governing Council in October, 2014.

Professor Charles Ogbulogo

Professor Charles Ogbulogo is a Professor of English Language. He is currently Dean, College of Leadership Development Studies, Covenant University, Canaan Land, Ota. He served as the Pioneer Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the University. He has also served as Dean School of Postgraduate Studies and Dean, College of Human Development. Before joining Covenant University, Professor Charles Ogbulogo taught at the University of Lagos for close to two decades. He was a visiting scholar at Yale University in the United States of America. An Alumnus of the Africa America Institute, Washington D.C., Professor Ogbulogo has been nominated for listing in a number of Biographical Publications in different parts of the world. He has served on the Boards and Councils of many organizations and institutions. He has had a fulfilling experience as a consultant to many companies, including the Taal Studio in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Prof. Akinola A. R. ALADA is Professor of Physiology Endocrinology and Metabolism. Department of Physiology, College of Medicine, University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria. With research interest in the areas of Endocrinology and metabolism. I am particularly interested in the role of extra-hepatic tissues in glucose homeostasis and metabolism. I have worked extensively on the contributions of gastro-intestinal tract and skeletal muscle in glucose homeostasis. Recently, I have also been looking at the effects of chronic and acute intake of caffeine and some caffeine containing foods in glucose and lipid homeostasis. I am also interested in comparative physiology and I have looked at carbohydrate metabolism in different animal groups including toads, rats, mice and dogs. Prof. Nworgu, Boniface Ginikanwa

Prof. Nworgu, Boniface Ginikanwa is a Professor of Educational Measurement & Evaluation and Director, Distance & e-learning, UNN. Department of Science Education, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Professor Boniface Ginikanwa Nworgu was born in Alulu autonomous community in Ngor-Okpala LGA of Imo State on January 10, 1959. He had his primary and secondary education at Central School , Alulu and Okpala Secondary School. Okpala respectively. A ‘Distinguished Alumnus’ of the University of Nigeria, Professor Nworgu obtained the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree [ First Class Honours] in Physics Education in 1982. He was the only candidate that made a first class in the entire Faculty that year and the first and only candidate ever to obtain a first class in Physics Education in the history of the University of Nigeria. He therefore bagged the awards for the Best graduating student in his Faculty and Department respectively in 1982. He also bagged and enjoyed throughout his undergraduate career the Federal Government Academic Merit Award for outstanding academic performance. On account of this exceptional academic performance, the University of Nigeria offered him automatic employment as a Graduate Assistant in 1983. He obtained his Masters and Ph.D degrees in Measurement and Evaluation in 1985 and 1990 respectively. He bagged the Vice-Chancellor’s award for the ‘Best Graduating’ PH.D candidate in the Faculty and one of the ‘Best Three Graduating’ PH.D candidates in the entire University in 1990. Due to his outstanding scholarship and productivity, Professor Nworgu made it quite early to the top of his career. At the age of 35, (i.e. 1994) he had climbed to the professorial cadre as an Associate Professor and at 39, (i.e. 1998) he earned a substantive Professorial Chair. He was Head, Department of Science Education (1994-1998) and Dean, Faculty of Education (2006-2008), at the University of Nigeria. A distinguished and renowned international scholar and researcher, Professor Nworgu at various times was Guest lecturer, Dept of Didactics, University of South Africa, Pretoria; Visiting Scholar, Science Education Center, University of Iowa, USA and Assistant Professor in Research and Evaluation, Dept. of Educational Studies, Ohio University, Athens, USA.
